ASN Co Building (Australasian Steam Navigational Company Building) - The modification request seeks alterations and additions to the ASN Co. Building including: - demolition of two cinemas on levels 2,3 and 4 of Bay 5 and reinstatement of timber floors - SCRA variation for new roof penetration (with screening) and new external access ramp to Bay 4 and 5 - install two new lifts in Bay 4 - upgrade the hydraulic, electrical and mechanical services at Bay 4 and Bay 5 - new window on western elevation of Level 1 - new internal openings to connect Bay 4 and 5 on all levels - replacement brickwork on northern elevation of levels 1-3 where louvres have been removed - upgrade fire services in Bays 1-5.
