Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am concerned for the development for this petrol station as this is too close to the Hampton Rise estate. To my understanding, the surrounding area of this petrol station would have experience increase in the Benzene vapour and also the groundwater quality I am worry if this gets effected. Can't this commercial development be changed into something else rather than petrol station?
I hope you will look into this application more closely.
