Wondering what the parking situation will be for the development, the motel aspect? Is it currently residential? how many more potential cars will this development attract? Also, the " filling in" ( such as in this case) of all of these places/blocks , including potentially the one I own, to surrounding building lines and heights, could end up with a lack of garden space and vegetation etc and airspace to allow people to have enough space to live comfortably into the future side by side. This is already a feature on Caldwell st with all of the terraces adding out and up at the rear and filling in air space and pushing their living space and windows noise etc ever closer to other people/existing. I imagine they would be agast if our apartment took up the option.....I am considering it.
