    Dear Sir/Madam,
The alterations to level 4 of the aim building have already had an enormous impact on the residents of our building. Where there was previously roofing, there is now a row of windows that looks directly into our apartments, only meters away. This has an huge impact on the privacy of the residents in the kippax street apartments. If these are proposed classrooms it will also impact on the noise pollution into our apartment building.
    regards,
    Michaela Davies

    Dear Authorities,

I am adding further to the above comments by Michaela. the mix and change use always pose issue to the residential building that exist before. Noise, privacy, parking all these issues will be faced by the local residents in future if this plan get approved as is.
I am not sure but the upper level can be restricted by high sill window level and set backs to restrict views on lower neighboring houses, a time restriction may also help where a commercial welling restrict to 6 pm to use or come close near to these windows on level 3 or 4. Hope this may take in to consideration while approving this DA.
