I object this development and the reasons of my objection as follows,

The existing building is beautiful on site and it will be a huge loss for local street characters with a replacement of another concrete Mac-Mansion block.

The traffic along Princess St is already nightmares to locals, especially on peak-times and the traffic situation will be worse if up to 20 cars of the development need to drive-in and out from the Princess St. It will be a big concern on safety when local students and shoppers walking passing the site.

Based on the site area, the development with 10 apartments could be up to 4 levels and then it causes concerns about privacy of neighborhood.

The land size of 50 Princess St is less than a third the size of 48 Princess St. It was subdivided in the past. 48 Princess St is a dense 12 units development.

A 10 unit development would be very dense and tall and causing concern regarding privacy and deprivation of sunlight of the southern neighbours.
