Tree Application - Request for the removal of one (1) Tree - Sydney blue gum Reason: Tree began losing large branches in 2015 and Hornsby council inspector said if it happened again removal would be approved. Large branches fell during recent storms just missing the house. The tree overhangs the house and front yard where small children play. Children walk to school under the tree. Branches overhang the road. I believe the tree is now posing a safety hazard

I wish that ALL tree removal applications showed this amount of detail as to the reasons for the removal request. Congratulations.
Whilst we don't want trees removed wherever possible I completely understand your reasoning.
