1. These mature trees are intrinsic to the landscape of West Chatswood and should be retained. Pruning will remove any threat to eaves and roofing. They contribute significantly to the interface between the urban streetscape and the Lane Cove National Park environment. They are vital for the significant birdlife enjoyed west of the Pacific Highway.
