The proposed 11 storey hotel building, and 7 storey office building will obliterate the hills-scape views of potentially all the eastern facing Adelaide Sky Apartments at 261-263 Pulteney Street, below the 13th floor, assuming some plant on top of the 11 storey building.

Depending on the exact footprint of the proposed building, sunrises will not be visible for Sky Apartments residents other than perhaps at peak winter or peak summer, and lower level apartments will be shadowed for most of the winter period.

This will not have been clear to investors who have purchased off-the-plan already in good faith.
