This is a significant tree and forms part of a significant stand of vegetation. Such trees will be of high degree of significance as new substantial buildings are constructed on the Primary school site in the next two years to create a new Senior high school campus for Chatswood High School.
This tree should be retained. Pruning is a preferable option.
