I live in 265 Denham Court Road, Denham Court and now concerned about the future road widening of Denham Court Road,
I would like to know how much of my land will be affected. I believe it is 11 metres for 285 Denham Court Road so can only assume 11 metres of my property but probably tapering down as you go east.
Why didn't they resume the other side of the road with NO houses.

I have tried to get information from Liverpool and Campbelltown Council re my property on Denham Court Road. All properties were surveyed in 2020 with the view of acquiring a maximum of 25 metres from the property frontage from 265 Denham Court Rd Denham court to to Campbelltown Road. Liverpool council denied there were any plans for road development and so did Campbelltown Council. I didn't get any answers from the state government either or Main roads department. Generally residents are kept in the dark until its too late. This will have major implications for all residents. There is to be a 4 lane road development along Denham Court with an Island down the middle so residents on the Liverpool side of the road will only be able to turn left out of their driveways. I saw these plans 5 years ago but since trying to get more information have met with denial.
