Section 4.55(2) modification of consent for the use of shop 3 as a licensed cafe known as 'Bar Cycle'. Proposed modifications include: permanent indoor and outdoor trading hours between 7.00am - 11.00pm Monday to Saturday and 7.00am - 10.00pm Sunday and public holidays (currently the hour between 10.00pm - 11.00pm Monday - Saturday is on a trial basis); delete the trial period for outdoor seating (currently the use of outdoor seating lapses unless renewed); and delete the requirement to close the bi-fold doors between 7.00am - 8.00am and 10.00pm - 7.00am the next day, Mondays to Sundays inclusive.
