Description

Alterations and additions to the building knows as the former 'Scottish House' building including demolition of existing roof top structure (containing plant) and replacement with a new structure with curved zinc walls / roof. Demolition of all structures on level 10 and construction of a new spiral staircase between level 9 and 10, new walls with zinc cladding and sliding glass doors and new outdoor terraces with balustrades along the north, south and east boundaries.
