S4.55 (2) modification of consent relating to the existing licensed cafe/wine bar known as Rey's Place. The proposal is to amend Condition 3(b) to allow a further two year trial period of the hours 10:00pm to 12 midnight, Mondays to Saturdays. Currently, the hours of 7:00am and 10:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:00am to 10:00pm Saturday and Sunday are approved on a permanent basis. The proposal also seeks to remove condition 16 which relates to the requirement for a glass crusher to be used on the premises.
