To ARTEMIS Phipps. wish to voice my objection to terms and conditions of the use of the old Villa Maria.as proposed YMCA learning centre. 1.The hours of use. 2.The disruption to residence in Murphy St, 3.Dosen't fit with the beautification of the C.B.D. 4 Who will be responsible when these youth leave the premises.5 The motor traffic in the area especial on the weekends. 6 The Y.M.C.A Already have a learning centre at the Tafe where there is security.7 There is a centre opposite Queens Park for disengaged teenagers. 8There'sno work to be done on the building so it will remain a eyesore.9How will another op shop help the strugglering businesses already with C.B.D.in a shemozzle.
