As a direct neighbour to this application, we will be submitting a formal dispute. However I urge nearby residents to review the application as well. The development description is not quite fully accurate. This application involves the destruction of many native trees that are iconic to the streetscape and this unique part of Sydney for the development of a high-intensity dual occupancy, each with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms- total of 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, potentially setting a precedent for similar further development in the area of a boarding-style nature.

Notification period ends 14/11

I oppose this development application.
This application involves the destruction of significant native bushland trees and vegetation.
The proposal is for a dual occupancy development, each of which is intended to contain 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms which is excessive in the extreme.
The impact upon the area is unacceptable both in density and upon the trees which would be removed.
