I believe that having 3 dwellings on such a small block is not in the best interests of Dromana to maintain its suburban character.
The new legislation passed in Victoria was aiming to protect this, no matter what the postcode is and that blocks with a subdivision should have adequate garden area- I believe it was 25%.
This design is certainly aimed for the owner the capitalise on the one entire block with out thinking of the impact on suburban living.
It is important that people have the opportunity to have valuable open space.
