Darling Harbour New Years Eve - to allow bump-in and bump-out activities to occur within the Precinct after hours. Bump-in and bump-out is proposed annually between 27 -31 December and 1 – 4 January from midnight until 6.00 am. The timing is required to facilitate the bump-in and bump-out without unduly impeding pedestrians and to help ensure access is retained to tenancies and businesses during trading hours. Consent is sought for a period of 5 years.
