Description

Sydney Metro Martin Place Station Precinct - Design, construction and operation of a new 28 storey (plus rooftop plant) commercial OSD tower within the modified building envelope (as modified through the Stage 1 Amending DA), including office space and retail areas, signage zones, service vehicle loading arrangements, bicycle parking and end of trip facilities located on the North Site for use by the South Tower, the extension and augmentation of physical infrastructure/utilities as required, and works to integrate with the Station including the use and fit-out of OSD areas within the station building envelope for plant, services, end of trip facilities, retail and office spaces.
