Now let me get this right and the Council also explain,This former Newsagent left the site,now the owner of the current one wished to remove the wall to make the shop into one store,and did not the Council say no as it was out of character being too big for a suburb.Is the empty shop currently the same owner of the current shop operating and what has changed from last year to the owner submitting a new planning application.
