Works completed if satisfied with the council it would be fine provided:
- no water run-off affected to 20 O'Connell Street
- repaint the boundary wall to it's initial white colour and condition, as no consent was provided for the paint work or nailing anything onto the wall. Noting the wall was erected within 20 O'Connell Street boundaries (not on the boundary).
