This kind of political/religious activity does not belong within a residential area.

Station Street is already a headache with parked motorcars choking all adjacent streets.

Communication with these motorcar drivers is impossible when they don't speak the Australian language.

We have already seen their beliefs in action with one door with a warning sign declaring it to be the Men's Gate with a smaller one at the far side for the females.

One of the adherents used to drove a motorcar with the number plate "JIH4D"!

The information presented in the DA is misleading and the impact on traffic has only been assessed from 10AM-2PM though when reviewing the DA further there will be multiple new events in the afternoon and evening, surrounding streets do not have ample capacity to support users of any additional services

What is not mentioned is that there is a gate at the rear of the Mosque in Station street to the rear of 4 Gannon Street, so this this is an expansion of the existing services they offer to another dwelling.

There are also safety concerns , as and drop off to the premises on 4 Gannon street would block traffic existing the Princess Highway and worst case force a head on if an impatient driver tried to overtake on double yellow lines over the crest, this is also a very busy thorough fare for the Bus Depot

The buildings in this DA are not designed for the capacity for the events proposed in the DA and there should be consideration into offering a long term strategy, the old Jets club would be well suited as its vacant and just attracting backpackers squatting in the car park so you could resolve that issue in parallel
