Section 4.55(2) modification of consent to increase the outdoor hours of operation of the outdoor smoking area to commence at 12.00 midday. Outdoor hours between 3.00pm and 8.00pm are approved on a permanent basis with extended hours until 12.00 midnight approved on a trial basis. Proposed modifications also include the deletion of parts (a) and (b) of Condition 6 relating to the maximum capacity of the outdoor area. No change is proposed to the overall approved patron capacity of the premises on 108 patrons.
