This house has remained empty and completely derelict for more than 5 years. Broken windows, boarded up windows & doors, overgrown unkempt garden, graffiti.
Is the owner intending to clean up and rehabilitate the property with this fence demolition?
It is a shame that the property in its current condition has been allowed to mar the streetscape for so many years.
What is Council policy on homes not maintained by owners?
