We do not need a 3 storey apartment building on Pt Nepean Road at Dromana. It is too large and too high and at odds with the general area especially immediately opposite the beach. It would encourage others to follow and turn the Nepean Highway through Dromana into having an overbearing impact opposite the beach.
Is the plan for 6 apartments to be 2 per level or some smaller or different sizes over the 3 levels and would there be eventually a request/demand for foreshore vegetation opposite this monolith to be removed to "improve the view"? What about parking etc.
Dromana has a special "feel" to it as a bayside town and for many a holiday town and this development as detailed presently will change that dramatically and open a floodgate of similar developments.
