6 dwellings on this block on the bend of South Crescent?
Please see what is happening near the bend on North Crescent. Cars from apartments on the bend, park on the street. Extra driveways have limited the amount of safe parking. Residents living behind another house are parking on the street. Three units cnr/North and East will bring more traffic/cars parking. New development a few doors form this above (cnr East Street will also bring more. Six apartments - potentially 6 x 2 cars. There have been 6 accidents near the bend of North Crescent in 10 years. Neighbours become edgy, this affects community harmony. Cars travelling around the bend sometimes have to weave or stop abruptly if a car is asking out. The bend on south Crescent will also be less safe to negotiate with more street parking. Also, sometimes cars are parking close to driveways making safe access in a narrow street difficult.

interesting about the car parking issue.i think this will become a major problem in this suburb moving forward, espescially as the developers seem to want place as many detached flats on the land as they can.6 detached flats means 1 car space each , as maria said above where do the second cars go?how much of these of developments can any street in this postcode 3081 have before there is no more spaces in any given street?where do the cars park ? in the next street?
