Dear our councilors/ and Residents in Morning side
We're residents of Brisbane who lived in suburbs of West-end, Mount-gravatt , Morning side since 1980... then moving temporary to Sydney . Although far away Brisbane as birds, We always look forward to comeback Brisbane one day soon, specially Morningside, an old suburb so many years forgotten, very little develop in this area but We believe that, this suburb will become very popular and bright in the near future with many reasons : near beautiful Brisbane river, with Colmsie Park, shopping centre, rail station, close to Gateway bridge access to North and Brisbane airport, very soon new cruise ship port ,The Port of Brisbane is also just a 15-minute drive from the seaside suburbs of Brisbane and Wynnum & Manly beach, where visitors can access local shopping, parks, cafes and restaurants overlooking beautiful Moreton Bay and Manly Boat Harbor. Therefore developing in 133 and 54 Beelarong street is good idea, create more job for people, more compact ( at the moment to many land vacant, and large lot- each lot about 4000m2) don't waste land, collect more rates our council can use for build up new road and repair old ones, make our community grow stronger for ever, we don't have to destroy bush land effect to our environment; create jobs for Brisbane people, we believe our Brisbane council can do it, can point out for Brisbane people how smart Council is, no more flood waters threats to community in this area and water in Perin creek have to be, open large as "Canal" passing Lytton road to Riverside road go through to Brisbane river, no more flooding to this area. Recently we hear council approved to build Mac Donald, petrol station and brewer manufacture in 506 Lytton road and colmsie road, Great jobs, Councillor ! then develop in Beelarong street and nearby this area, very importance for our economic, our country. Very good job indeed.
