The proposed rooftop terrace is positioned directly behind the Trafalgar, Windsor, and two other apartment blocks that house between them over 2000 people. To have a rooftop terrace with 100 people using it until midnight seven days a week would be intolerable. The music from the outdoor bars further down Sussex street already makes it difficult to hear the television at the weekends but to have 100 people standing on a roof less than 30 metres from our balcony up to 12 o'clock at night will make life very unpleasant for not only myself but also many other local residence.
