Yet another "boarding house"! This to my knowledge makes at least five (5) proposed such structures in the past six months. Will these ultimately be sold off as "studio apartments'? Would it be assumed 10 rooms, zero parking?

Please let everyone in the street know via formal communication. Boarding houses reduce the value of all properties - this is a known fact. By giving one developer financial gain, what are you doing to compensate the other residents. Why are you benefiting one individual with this development and reducing the value of everyone else's property.
