Fantastic. This cafe/bar looks like a well thought out, lovely addition to this strip in Marrickville. Perfect position, right next to the Greek restaurant and the fantastic Gelato shop, close to buses, train station and lots of other eateries. This application has my full support and a promise to frequent it once it opens.

I support this.

It's nice to see somewhere where locals will actually interact instead of mindlessly feeding pokies.

More of this type of establishment would be a welcome thing in Marrickville.

I support this DA, t need more small bars and places like this in our area.

I don’t think we need any more alcohol in the area.
More makers and creative outlets like potters or painters or weavers - producers of jams breads etc. would be better in my opinion.

Great to see an application for a small bar at the western end of Marrickville Rd which is under serviced in that regard. The demand is only going to get greater when the units at the old hospital site and Bing Lee are inhabited.

Wholeheartedly support this proposal, the more safe sensible night time venues in this vicinity will add a vibrancy to a forlorn strip. Safety is generated by more foot traffic too.
