Dear Council
This is yet another example of a block being razed to the ground in this area on approval of a demo permit ahead of the planning application. The council must ensure that no non permitted trees have been removed and that the garden is reestablished quickly with advanced stock. The plan must include several canopy trees. Council must inspect to ensure the submitted planting has occurred. The covenant must be obeyed. The height restrictions must be adhered to. Planning controls have been placed to protect this area and must be respected by new owners. The owners knew they were there when they bought the property. Please ensure they are upheld.
