Description

Installation of a fence on the N Eastern and N Western boundaries of the currently unfenced backyard, which are shared with Propeller Park. The main purpose of the fence is to prevent children in the backyard of 5 Gilchrist Place from being able to access the unprotected edge of the sea wall on Mort Bay. The fence type chosen provides a level of safety comparable to a pool fence. Installation of the fence along the N Eastern boundary of the back yard requires the repair of a retaining wall that is leaning into Propeller Park. To reapir the wall, a Callistermon tree needs to be removed and replaced.
