Description

Holistic approval for the continued and permanent use of the Royal Botanic Gardens and The Domain as an entertainment venue for temporary events, and erection of structures associated with these events, for a further 5 year period (until 2023). The intent of lodging the subject application is to enable events to be held without individual development applications having to be lodged for every event. The use of the Botanic Garden and The Domain will occur between 6.00am and 12.00am (midnight) with exception of Australia Day celebrations which will cease at 12:30am, the following morning and New Year’s Eve events which will operate until 1:30am, the following morning.
