Description

S4.55(2) modification of consent to continue and to increase the trial trading hours of the licensed 'Bar Century' located on levels 1 and 2. The hours between 8.00am and 12.00 midnight , 7 days a week are already approved on a permanent basis. It is proposed to continue the current approved trial trading hours between 8.00am and 2.00am the following day Sunday to Tuesday, and between 8.00am and 4.00am the following day Wednesday to Saturday. In addition, extended trading hours for level 1 only between 8.00am and 4.00am the following day on Monday and Tuesday are proposed. The application also proposes to modify security personnel requirements; and delete the requirement for plastic drink containers. Level 1 has a capacity of 150 persons. Level 2 has a capacity of 110 persons.
