Internal works include reconfiguration to provide lift, plant, bike storage and amenities throughout the building, reconfigure entries at ground level to reinstate arcade from York Street. Proposed external works include new metal and glazed awning to York Street, new shade structures to Level 14 terrace, new screens to roof top plant area and external up lighting of the facade. The proposal also seeks to delete conditions requiring the retention of the existing northern walls to the western lightwell and reinstatement of flag poles to King Street.
