THIS is completely out of context for this site. The rest of the suburb is mainly 3 to 4 stories of residential building. There is one 9 storey building. There is insufficient infrastructure in terms of parking and public transport already . This will add a huge load and stress to those already strained resources. Railway Parade is a small street and access will be difficult if not impossible and will have a hugeness impact on this already busy road.
This will compromise the light amenity, open space and views of all surrounding structures.
It will be a safety hazard for helicopters bringing patients to the major center of Westmead Hospital.
It is totally inconceivable that this can be put forward in this form from the height, density and safety viewpoint. It should be opposed at all cost.
