    Please don’t add additional retail here - the current rubbish output of this building is not being managed and is a neighborhood health hazard.

    I agree with Erin Clare, the rubbish output is out of control ALL ALONG Crown Street, especially the section between Cleveland and Foveaux Streets. There is rubbish and overflowing wheelie bins left on public footpaths all day and night. It is not only an eyesore it is a health hazard.
    Why do cafes need to pay to use the footpath for tables and chairs and there is no charge to STORE wheelie bins on a public footpath? I know they are not supposed to store them there but they do.
