The tree is unsuitable and unsustainable in its location; there is insufficient room for it to mature. It is in decline showing abnormal growth and appearance with dieback in the upper canopy. The canopy overhangs three (3) neighbouring properties, to prune it away would require a significant amount to be removed leaving the tree a poor specimen.
