Remove one (1) Bangalow Palm adjacent to rear left property boundary, remove one (1) Bangalow Palm adjacent to rear right corner of house. These palms are planted in an unsuitable location and have insufficient space to develop. The fronds encroach onto the neighbouring property, creating a safety hazard for the residents. Remove one (1) Bottlebrush adjacent to front fence and replace with three (3) local native trees from Council’s Preferred Tree list, of minimum 45L pot size, growing to a mature height greater than 5metres, anywhere on the property within one (1) month of removal. This tree is unsuitable and unsustainable in its location, the root system is causing ongoing damage to the front of the property and boundary fence.
