Does this mean that the developers wish to extend this building to higher than two stories, as in the image? Or is the permit request for another building in the precinct? If the former, why do developers have a second bite at the cherry? If the latter, how will the amenities of the precinct that offer mental health and wellbeing, i.e. parks and other natural areas be affected?
