Barbara Buiniing commented

We already suffering from the destruction of mature trees and lack of natural greenery in the Eastwood area, which are vital for clean air and precipitation, not to mention preservation of native wildlife. I can think of no reason for any development to use artificial plantings, that have no benefit to to anyone and would quickly deteriorate into grubby dust collectors. Eastwood was always known and admired, as one of the garden suburbs of Sydney. Any developments should only be approved with natural planting of greenery, never artificial.
