In Epping NSW on “Tree Application - Removal...” at 44 Somerset Street Epping NSW 2121:

M.McCartney commented

I object to the request by a real estate agent for the removal of this tree just because it is dropping branches. The species needs to be included in the application to ensure the type of tree it is and its significance. In the image it appears to be an indigenous tree. Trees are important for cooling our suburb, for air quality and providing support for the struggling wildlife. To remove a tree just because it drops branches is inappropriate. Epping is a leafy suburb and leaves on the ground are part of the character of the suburb which many of us love. To remove our trees is destroying our suburb and adding to global warming. There are plenty of other suburbs where people who do not like trees can go to live. Enough is enough Epping has already lost too many trees for no good reason.
