Dear Sir/Madam,

As a resident of the area over the last 5 yrs I have seen the 'slow' urban sprawl in the area especially along Herring Road. What bothers me now is the absolute lack of concern to open spaces, footy ovals et al in this area. Furthermore I fail to understand the lack of commonsense with this new proposal especially after 120 Herring Rd was approved and construction began in early 2017. Two years later after lots of noise & nuisance from Building contractors we now have 5 more new high rises planned in this area. Has anyone thought about impact of Vibration for the construction activity on the residents especially the elderly & young families with kids. I can't help but shake my head in disbelief at this lack of Project Management and Planning especially after Macquarie Uni Train Station was opened up in late Feb 2009 more than 10 years ago, Development has been slow to catch up in this area. Is there any plan to cater for 'green spaces' or should we just say Goodbye to the current lifestyle & sunshine which I will be directly affected by and just say hello to noise, traffic, dust & pollution and any crime !!!
