In Devon Meadows VIC on “Use and Development of a...” at 73 Browns Road, Devon Meadows, VIC:

Firstly my objection has no bearing on the religion merely the infrastructure surrounding the proposed site. I like many others moved to this area, for the semi rural feel. In the proposal it suggests that 22 car parks would be available, this will no way cater for any services or special holidays that would be held at the location. Having worked close to and around Shri Shiva Vishnu Temple in Carrum Downs I have seen the excessive traffic flow and visitors to the temple which the infrastructure just supports as it is off a main highway. The proposed site on browns road would in no way be able to cope with the visitors bringing increased congestion, parking and noise issues. With the recent advent of Acacia and soon a school/ shopping area the area will simply not cope.
A more appropriate site would be on the South Gippsland Highway allowing residents to retain their semi rural feel.
Also this would be of zero benefit to the local community.
I strongly object and hope that the objections raised are listened to for a change.
