I strongly object to the proposal to build a place of worship in the semi rural, residential town to Devon Meadows.

This would be suited better, closer Sth Gippsland highway where it does not effect traffic and congestion of a small community. 22 carparks is not large enough to accommodate a place of worship, it needs a larger space that does not directly effect the residents surrounding it.
It is too close to the Cranbourne Botanical Gardens (The noise pollution would effect the wildlife here) and would change the lifestyle and feel of the suburb (The botanical feel).
Census suggests the Devon Meadows community would not benefit from a place worship. (You would assume if this is for the community there would made footpaths for local residents to arrive and leave safely. This area has a muddy dirt track along the road).
If the residential area has to be compromised it would be wonderful to see something the existing community would benefit from to enhance their quality of life. There is enough land for sale/available to build a place of worship that won't effect traffic in a small suburb that still has so many unmade roads and create unnecessary noise pollution.
