In Devon Meadows VIC on “Use and Development of a...” at 73 Browns Road, Devon Meadows, VIC:

I object to this application. My young family have moved to the area 2 years ago after building in acacia. The reason we chose this area is the rural feel and wildlife within. A much quieter area than the neighboring Clyde and Cranbourne. The large trees that line the roads give you that country feel. I believe this would be a huge step back for a community that has really embraced that country feel. It doesn't make sense for such a building around here. There is plenty of industrial estate available in surrounding suburbs, where people can be as noisy as they please. This is going to attract a Lot more traffic along Browns road and with the new Primary School being built across the road I think this is dangerous for the children of the area. Strongly object.
