In Macquarie Park NSW on “Approval is sought for a...” at 122 Herring Rd Macquarie Park NSW 2113:

Dear sir/ madam,

I strongly object the construction which is going to commence on the address 120 Herring Road Macquarie Park.

The new construction will have a big negative impact on the existing buildings of both sides. Base on the proposal, there will be an unreasonable ( which may comply with the regulation) distance to the buildings of Saunders close, especially 1 Saunders close. The foundation of the buildings are not capable to bear the impulse when the new construction starts to build. And the light will be blocked to the room of southern aspects of 1 Saunders close. The 2 light hours is unacceptable in australia. At last and it is the most important issue is congestion, you will be aware of it if you drive through the herring road and Epping road at peak hour in the morning and afternoon. Thousands of cars are jammed because the capacity of the roads were not designed for the volume of the new buildings. It is too crowd already.

In sum, I disagree with the proposal, we need more space, more light, more delightful living area.

Regards
Jia
