Dear Madam/Sir

I would like to bring your attention to the recent proposal of development of 122 Herring road MQ, which would badly affect residents of 120 herring road as well as Saunders close. Below are main points I would like you city of Ryde to consider :

- As you should be aware of Mascot building issue, which has high possibility cause that they are too close to nearby buildings. We have major concern that site B from the proposal that is too close to 120 herring northwest side.
- Loss of privacy, if the proposal goes ahead, people from site A or B would overlook into 120 herring road, there will be no privacy at all for us as residents of 120 herring road. I would not wish to have blinds down all day long.
- It has already overcrowded on herring road, Epping road, and waterloo road . As of today, there are lots of constructions in place around this area. We have already had a massive neighbour " MQ village" , traffics conditions are getting worse and worse already. Think of 122 herring road create further hundreds of residents and cars, cannot imagine how bad our life quality would turn into. Please, please , seriously city of Ryde council need to reconsider this proposal and replan more efficiently and consider our living quality and consider for our kids as well.
- Loss of sunshine. The proposal would cause very serious problem for the residents of 120 herring road, we don't want to have only 2 hours of sunshine everyday and live in the darkness for the rest of the day. This is unacceptable.
- Loss of View from the residents in 120 Herring Road facing the Macquarie Shopping Centre and greenery in the North West
- Construction Noise and Dust from this proposed construction. We don't wish that we need to bear the noises everyday, as we already have enough due to heavy traffics on herring road and constructions nearby.

We would request City of Ryde to re-consider the application as both sites have to be further away from 120 Herring road building and consider in the better way for residents of your community.
