Hi Sir/Madam,

I strongly disagree with this proposal as it is significantly impact the daily life for people who is living in and will living the new building.
1. 14 storey building which is over the heights and impact the sunlight access to existing units and also will impact the new building as well
2. 2 storey building too close to existing building 120 Herring Rd and 1 Saunders close. Which bring out privacy issues.
3. A new town design is required. As currently master plan have got a proper consideration:
a. Why a only 2 hours sunlight access design can be accepted?
b. Why French window facing to other people’s window directly?
c. Why create a view blockage for a 24 storey tower have you take it into consideration ?
d. Who will reimburse Owner’s evaluation loss!
e. As the issue mention above which also impact the resident who will living in the new building
A proper town plan should consider as a long term development target rather than current financial benefit only, please consider people ‘s life in this area. Creating new shopping centre, increase cars space, which is good, it bring the convenience to community. But please limit the building in a lower level and also with reasonable distance without privacy being affected.
