I HAVE LIVED IN RATTRAY ROAD SINCE 1983 AND WE CANNOT GET A FOOTPATH FINISHED IN THIS PART OF RATTRAY ROAD, BUT YOU AHOLES LET 4 NEW UNITS GO UP. WITH ALL THESE BLOODY RATES BUILD US A FOOTPATH. DO NOT LET 4 MORE UNITS COME TO RATTRAY ROAD BE WARNED WE ARE SICK OF THE BLOODY TRAFFIC AND OUR LOCAL COUNCILLOR COULD NOT GIVE A DAM. YES I AM ANGRY. YOU ARE A BLOODY USELESS COUNCIL.
