In Dundas NSW on “Demolition, tree removal...” at 136 Park Road Dundas NSW 2117:

To whom it may concern

We object strongly to various aspects of this development application for these reasons:

1. Overlooking windows of this new house will impinge greatly on our private space, house and two outside dining areas - family and young children occupy these spaces on a daily basis.

2. The rear of our property will lose significant views taking greatly from our main back deck and dining area hence affecting possible resale value. This would affect our daily recreational value greatly. This building will be the tallest in Park road.

3. The entrance to this site on Park road is a dangerous area for cars and pedestrians, particularly school children such as our own. We do not want this situation getting worse - and it would with additional vehicles, driveway access across footpath and an unsafe entry and exit from the site.

4. No screening is provided in this plan to provide any privacy for adjoining neighbours.

5. We object to the tree removal on Park Road. Particularly when there are no plans to replace it.

As a family with young children, we object to our privacy and views being greatly affected and we are also very concerned for other adjoining neighbours.
